To the Ivy Family.

I am a member of the PUSH prayer team at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Akron. Though I haven't been able to be a part of the circle on Saturdays right now, know that I have prayed for you and your family for God's will in your lives. Now that your husband has gone to Glory, I pray that you and your family will rest in God for comfort during your time of breavement. I know the prayers of the Saints will help you through this period. Know that I will be praying for your strength in the Lord to see you through. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage and he shall strengthen thy heart wait I say on the LORD. Your Sister in Christ from across the miles.

To the Ivy Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear about the death of Danny Boy, that was what we callen him. I remember him playing his instrument in our high school band, and the wide smile on his face. Daniel was a wonderful person. It was a joy to know him. He will forever live in our hearts. I pray that you will find comfort and strength in the days and weeks ahead.

Mrs. Ivy & Family

I don't have the words to say how sorry I am for your lost. I have only been a memeber of First Baptist for the past four years, but your husband and father was a great inspiration to me. I know brother Ivy loved the Lord, because his prayers and talks in Men's Ministry were uplifting and heart felt. My prayers will always be with you and your family. He had a strong presents that will never be forgotten.

Mrs. Ivy & Family,

I’m so sorry for your loss. Mr. Ivy was a good friend to us. I know personally every time AZ called on him he was there for him. If I had to call the Post Office he made sure AZ got the message. He will be truly missed and I just thank God for giving us that chance of knowing him. Every since I heard the sad news of his passing it makes me sad, but I know he’s not in anymore pain. Condolences to your family in this time of bereavement. Mr. Ivy is now where we are trying to get to. If there is anything that we can ever do please don’t hesitate to ask.

Let not your heart be trouble: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you. I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may also be. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Evelyn and I are so very sorry to hear of your lost. Please do let us know if there is anything our family can do to help you in your time of bereavement.
