Henry L. "Frog" Kent, age 89, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at his home in Clarksville.
A celebration of his life will be 1 p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Bro. Jerry Steele officiating. Burial will follow in Lewis Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Henry was born October 13, 1927 in Carlisle, TN son of the late James L. and Edna Mary Kirksey Kent. He was retired from a career with TVA and was an employee of Kent Glass Company. Mr. Kent attended Memorial Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Kenneth Kent (Roberta) of Clarksville; three grandchildren, Lee Ann Norton (Mike), David Kent (Emerald Joiner) and Mary Todd (Del); and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Charles Kent, Greg Quinn, Keith Byrd, Brent Parchman, Mark Parchman, and Bryan Wallace.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1818 Patterson St, Nashville, TN 37203.
