Jayne Wall Obituary
Jayne Stone Wall, age 83, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016, at Dogwood Bend Assisted Living.
Jayne was born February 3, 1933, in Clarksville, TN, to the late Clyde Stone and Mary Stone. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Wall.
Mrs. Wall had over 30 years of service as the supervisor of medical records at Clarksville Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Hilldale Church of Christ.
Funeral service will be held Friday, March 25, at 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Bro. Steve Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, March 24, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and Friday, March 25, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Jayne is survived by her daughter, Marianne (David) Brantly of Clarksville; sister, Mary Elizabeth Nixon of Springfield, TN; and two grandchildren, Sam (age 14) and Max (age 6) Brantly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Humane Society, 940 Tennessee Avenue, Clarksville, TN 37040; or Clarksville Christian School, 501 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Clarksville, TN 37043.

For four years, I worked across the hall from Jayne at Memorial Hospital. She was in Medical Records and I was Adm. Ass't to the Hospital Administrator. Of course, I knew Gilbert Wall, in the Pharmacy, who later became Jayne's husband. They were both younger than me and very sweet people, It's hard to believe that they are both gone.
