Jesse Painter Obituary
Jesse Allen Painter, age 48 of Southside, TN, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
He was born in Joliet, IL on March 6, 1965 to the late Donald Allen Painter and Diane Allbert D'Alberto. He was a Carpenter, a member of Carpenter's Local #174 and a member of Alva Baptist Church. He was also a member of various local bands.
Other than his mother, Diane (Al) D'Alberto, he is survived by his wife, Rhonda Cerney Painter; daughter, Jessica Painter; son, Jesse (Chasity) Mayes; brothers, Jayme, Donald; sisters, Dana, La Donna, Donell; 2 grandchildren; mother and father-in-law, Bill & Barb Cerney; brother-in-law, Bill Cerney, Jr.; and various nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

It is my prayer that God comfort Jesse's family in this, their sad hour, but know God watches over him now and also you through your grief.
I worked with Jesse many years ago and always found him to be good, pleasant, a good worker, and a good union man. He will truly be missed. RIP, brother.
