Mary Valencia Obituary
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Bob Heisinger officiating.
Burial will be in Hutchison Cemetery, Slayden, TN. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born October 11, 1944 in Dickson County, TN daughter of the late Jimmy Green and Kittie Hutchison Green.
Survivors include son, Greg Gonzalez and daughter, Yolanda Armour, both of Clarksville; three brothers, Ray Greene, Harold Green, and James Green; five grandchildren, Sheena Cummings, Brandon Cummings, Christina Gonzalez, Chase Gonzalez, and Alex Gonzalez; and one great-grandchild, Joshua Grimes.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Cummings, Harold "Bo" Green, Jason Greene, Joshua Greene, James "Pete" Green, and Eddie Rice.

Mary will always be remembered as a good friend to my mother and my family, the neighborhood mother to all of us who grew up on her block. She will be missed by many who knew her and will continue to influence many who don't know her through those of us who did. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
