Clarksville - Susan Jo Jones Haley, age 76 of Clarksville passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

Susan was born September 21, 1944 in Shenandoah, Iowa to the late John Arthur Jones and Hazel Josephine Wilkinson Jones. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Robin Kristine Haley; brothers: Roy Jones, Donald Jones, Terry Jones; sisters: Loretta Fenton, Mildred Lopez, Dottie Roller and Frances Jones. She is survived by her daughters, Ronda Suzanne Haley (Wesley) Flatt, Renee Anastasia Haley (Ryan) Miller; sisters; Delveeta Griggs, Edith Wilson; grandchildren; Ryan (Nicole) Miller, Zachary Flatt, Deanna (Zachary) Dunn, Amanda (Britton) Jackson, Katelyn (Joseph) Waszmer; great grandchildren, Isaac Rhys Miller, Aria Christene Miller, Emily Sheri Waszmer and Alexis Morgan Waszmer.

Susan was a devout Seventh-Day Adventist. She was a born again Christian who was strong in her faith. She loved being surrounded by family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She spent her time making crafts, cooking, and watching scary movies with family. She loved anything Stephen King and passed that love onto her grandchildren. She enjoyed meeting new people and entertaining those around her. She made friends everywhere she went and made a lasting impressions with everyone she met. She told many original stories, made up games to play, and made lasting memories with every occasion. She will be missed every minute of every day. She is surely looking down, holding balloons, and waiting to see us again.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral home. Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.
