Brianna Stamm Obituary

BRIANNA
RAE STAMM

LAKELAND - Brianna Rae Stamm, 27, our supermodel surfer girl has left us here on this earth with now only the memory of her contagious laugh. She was found Friday, October 16, 2015, in her home unresponsive. It was evident she had lost her final decade long battle with addiction. And although her struggles were a very real part of her, we choose to remember the unique ray of sunshine she brought to so many lives.
She is survived by her father, Jeffrey Stamm; and sister, Michaela; her step-mother, Amy Stamm; and step-brother, Michael.
Brianna is finally free to ride the waves with her late mother, Jennifer Naylor Stamm. Your obvious physical beauty was no match for how lovingly beautiful you were on the inside Banz! May you rest in peace.

Michaela, I only just learned of your sister's passing and was so deeply saddened. The only consolation I felt was knowing that she was with your mother in Heaven and I know it was a joyous reunion. My prayers are with you and your father during this time. God bless you both.

Jeff, Amy, Michaela & Michael, my heart aches for you all. Your Brianna's spirit is with her mother & her battle is over by the Mercy of God; although many will miss her physically, knowing these things, she will forevermore be an angel in heaven & with you by the Grace of God. Take comfort in His promises, Stamm family & friends. Rest in Peace, Brianna Stamm.

Altho I didn't know your sweet daughter I wanted to say that my family relates to your situation. People with addictions are stigmatized with many labels often without the correct one being addiction is a disease not a choice. May Brianna rest in peace free of all the pain of our earthly world. Not you Bri! This was never supposed to be your story. Never. I am so sick to my stomach trying to wrap my head around this. No matter how much time passed or what either of us were going through, we found a way to catch up. You called me at 3AM when I lost Josh just to make sure I was okay and You'll never know what that meant to me. You were my only friend I could ever say I've never had any kind of argument with. When I met you in middle school we connected on the sole fact that we both knew what it was to lose a parent... We had this understanding that never had to be put into words. Since day one you've been my big Sis and always looked out for me, I love you so much for that. I love you so much just for the beautiful person you've always been and never changed your genuine ways. Your battle with addiction is something I completely understand and the only thing giving me peace in this situation is knowing that you are finally with your mom and knowing that your battle is over. My heart is shattered knowing you are gone and I honestly can't accept it. My heart hurts for your family. Please know I love you with all of my heart sister. You are missed! Fly high beautiful... I will never ever forget you.
