BENDA
O'FALLON, MO. - Charles Jerry Benda passed away on Dec. 9, 2020 at the age of 87. He was the beloved husband of Anne Benda (Gaydos).
He is survived by his wife; four daughters, Kathryn (Steve) Powell of FL, Cheryl (Ron) Linz of TN, Lorri (Chris) Brown of MO, Carolyn (Rex) King of MD; three brothers, John Benda of NJ, Steve Benda of IL, Rudy (Shirley) Benda of IL; two sisters, Betty Walent of OH, Millie (Dr. John) Kostrey of IL; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Charles married the love of his life, Anne Gaydos on August 7, 1954. They shared 66 wonderful years of marriage. He was a member of Victory Church in Lakeland, FL. He was an avid quilter, oil painter, wood worker, and fisherman. He dearly loved his God, his family, and his country.
