SAMUEL YARBROUGH, 63

CAPE CORAL - Charles 'Sam' Samuel Yarbrough, 63, a Cape Coral resident for the past four years, formerly of New Orleans, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015, in Lakeland, Florida.
He was born on January 7, 1952, in Bartow, FL.
Sam, prior to retirement, was a long time employee of Cox Communications in New Orleans, LA.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Kathy L. Yarbrough, of Cape Coral; mother, Huretta Bassett of Lakeland, FL; as well as Harley and Jessie, their beloved dogs.
Sam was preceded in death by a brother, Fred Shu.
No formal services are planned at this time.

I'm so sorry to hear about Sam's passing. I worked with him for so many years at Cox and over those many years I can say I never met anyone else so even tempered. He was a great guy.
