Truck DriverDELAVAN, Wis. -- Mr. Darrell Lee Butcher Jr. of Delavan, Wis., a seasonal resident of Lakeland, died Tuesday (April 13, 2004) from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Gary, Ind. He was 40.He was born on April 16, 1963. He was a truck driver for Pope Transport in Whitewater, Wis.Mr. Butcher is survived by his son, Tyler Matthew Butcher, Lakeland; daughter, Emily Ann, Delavan; twin sister, Cherryll Mann, Shenandoah, Iowa; sister, Tammy Baker, Illinois; brother, Tim Butcher, Illinois; grandmother, Milford Butcher, Lakeland; companion, Tina Chestnut, Lakeland; parents, Darrell and Mary Ann Butcher, Fulton, Mo. Services will be at 10 this morning at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Wis.
