FRANCES SCHNEIDER
DANOS, 79

LAKELAND - Frances Schneider Danos, of Lakeland, passed away Fri. Dec. 28, 2018, after a short battle with cancer.
She was born Dec. 13, 1939, to Louise E. Calderaro and Urban A. Schneider. She grew up in Mobile, AL, graduated from the University of AL. She married Robert Danos, a chemical Engineer from Cantonment, FL, and moved to Lakeland in 1965, had 3 children and worked as a dietitian in the Lakeland area.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise, stepmother, Helen, and father, Urban Schneider.
She is survived by Bob, her loving husband, of 53 years; brother, 'Red' Schneider (Ann); children Chris (Kim) Danos, Janel Bell, Tim (Molly) Danos; grandchildren Briane, Lexi, Isaiah, Jonathan, Aubrey, Lucy, Zaidy, and great grandchildren Beau and Anna Claire.
A funeral Mass will be held on January 12, 2019 at 10:30 am at the Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Terrace Way, Lakeland, FL, 33813. A celebration of life with the family will immediately follow the Mass in the parish hall banquet room until 1:30 pm. A private interment service will be held following the reception.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catholic Charities.

So sorry to see this, Fran and her husband took such good, loving care of the landscaping in the front of the church. Will miss her and her beautiful smile.

I remember when Frances guided me through being a hostess for a Engineers' Wives Club meeting. She was so patient and helpful. Our condolences to Bob and the family.
