Rest in Peace Herbie
David Mershon
September 7, 2017
You fought the good fight Herbie, now go rest in God's bosom. The Seminoles lost a great warrior/fan and may you forever be remembered in your Garnet and Gold. The world is a dimmer place without your infectious smile and laugh. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and your beautiful children Ben and Leah. May we meet again and celebrate a life lived to the fullest. Your Seminole buddy, David Mershon and family.

I will never forget that cute little boy with the dark hair and big smile who lived next door and use to visit Mom....Oh how she enjoyed him.... Herbie was so special; Even as an adult he always had a big smile and hug for me, I am heartbroken at his loss. Vera, Herb, Mike, Steve (and families) you are in my heart and my prayers. I am so sorry.

Steve, Jane and the entire Hamic Family:
My deepest sympathy for your loss. We are all very much feeling this loss right along with you. Very few people touch the world like Herb did and he will be deeply missed by this entire community. Even though he was fighting this illness for so long and must have been in pain, he always had a smile and was happy to see everyone. When I hugged him over the fourth of July he looked so good it is hard to believe he is gone. He was and will always be loved and missed by me. I know he is looking out for all of us now. May time soften the ache in your hearts. - Maggi Weeks
