Kyle Hall Obituary

KYLE TAYLOR
HALL, 19

LAKELAND - Kyle Taylor Hall died Sunday, November 4, 2007. He was 19 years old.
Kyle, his twin brother Corey and their big brother Christopher are some of Lakeland's own. Kyle was born right here, on August 31, 1988, and from that first birth day, his smile could light up a room. He was one of those kids who seemed destined for greatness, because everything he did, he did well-from athletics to friendship. And, because Kyle poured his heart and his passion so totally into every day of his life, his enthusiasm reflected off everyone around him. Because this was a child who truly never met a stranger. His preschool days were filled with playgroups that revolved around him and Corey, his other half. Baseball tournaments were packed with crowds who came to watch the team "hit the big one." And always, his mom was seated on the front row, cheering the loudest and longest, with his dad in the dugout, coaching with pride. When it was time for sports, football and baseball - the uniform never looked so good! But always, always, was a steady stream of friends. The Hall home was the meeting grounds. The front porch rockers were never still, as friends dropped by to shoot the breeze, pull together a pickup game of hoops or make plans for the next day. Kyle was a friend-magnet that never seemed to rest. His phone rang constantly, his smile never quit and he was always there when they needed him. He and his brothers had a special bond that never stretched thin, together any time, any place, from Taco Bell night runs to gym workouts to LSU football on the weekends. But Kyle's free spirit never thought about tomorrow. He was the headstrong, loveable, un-tamable man-child that put everything he had into today. And when he stumbled, he got back up, over and over. Until finally, he didn't, and the gift he leaves behind is perhaps the wisdom for all those hundreds of friends to pick themselves up one last time and grow up right now, today-for tomorrow. For Kyle.
Kyle is survived by his father and mother, Kirk and Cathy Hall, his older brother Christopher, his twin brother, Corey, his grandmother, Joyce Hall, his grandparents, Noe and Norma Garcia, his uncle and aunt, Butch and Brenda Hall, his uncle and aunt, Gus and Jean Hall, his aunt and uncle Cindy and Mike Daniels, his aunt and uncle Daniel and Mary Garcia, and 10 cousins. Kyle is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Calvin Hall and his maternal grandmother, Martha Garcia.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 6, from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Highland Park Church of the Nazarene, 4777 Lakeland Highlands Road. The funeral is Thursday at 11A.M. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made by The American Cancer Society, 809 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33803. Arrangements by Gentry-Morrison Southside. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.gentry-morrison.com.

Hall Family,
You continue to be in our prayers. I know your pain is still so fresh. It has been 12 years since my Dad died and at times during the day it is beyond reality. I think of you all often. Remember "Worry looks around, sorry looks back, Faith looks up."

To the Hall family. Here are some words of comfort from God's word the Bible. The Creator himself promises: “From the hand of She´ol (the common grave) I shall redeem them; from death I shall recover them. Where are your stings, O Death? Where is your destructiveness, O She´ol?" (Hosea 13:14). Another Bible prophecy states that God "will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces." (Isa. 25: 8). This process of bringing dead ones back is called resurrection.
So where will resurrected ones live? Under ideal conditions, would you not love to live on a paradise earth? The hope offered in the Bible is exactly that. God created the earth for that purpose-to be inhabited by those who will love and serve him forever in happiness. That is why the Bible says: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it." (Psalms 37:29). Remember these words at Psalms 34:18, "that Jehovah is near to those who are broken in heart." Those words are for this family.
You have my deepest sympathy, along with my heartfelt prayers.

Sincerely

Love Williams

I did not have the honor of knowing your son, but when my son (he knew Kyle), came to me Sunday morning with your tragic news, I wept for you. As a Mother,(parent) of a young adult, I knew in an instant the heartache and grief you must be feeling. I then wept for myself and other parent's that this could have easly been our child. You have stayed heavy on my heart and I've prayed for you daily and will continue to do so. I also pray for our young people who may or may not have known Kyle, that they do not let this tragedy, the loss of your son, be in vain. I serve a mighty GOD and I know he is with you. Remember the 7,002 days God blessed you with Kyle. Rejoice in that. I pray for GOD to continue to comfort you now and always, give you stength to face tomorrow and know that you are blessed, in JESUS name I pray. AMEN

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hall, Chris, and Corey,

I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Kyle's death. I cannot imagine how upsetting losing a son, or a brother could be. Boys, I remember when we were little and our moms would get together and for a while it seemed like I was the only girl, playing "cops and robbers" with all the boys,my brother included, running through your house and outside through the Inderbitzin's yard. Kyle's energetic smile could light up a room, and I'm sure his heart will fill with joy every time he looks down on you to see your joys and successes of the future. It's hard for anyone to understand God's plan for each of our neighbors, but your strength as a family, and our strength as a community will ensure we always remember Kyle's charming personality, love for his family, friends, and life.

You are all in my prayers.

Love, Allison Parker

I didn't know Kyle personally. But I had seen him & his twin brother Corey around school since middle school. Kyle was very popular. I remember sometimes seeing him at school with a crowd of friends. It breaks my heart to see another classmate pass away. His family & friends are in my prayers!

Cathy,Kirk,Chris and Corey:
Our prayers are with you at this time. It is never easy loosing a loved one, but you and your family are strong in love and spirit and I know this will make you even stronger. From your stories you told this summer in Shereveport, ya'll loved and supported each other in many ways. It will be tough but I know with each others support, love, and the support of his large group of friends who loved him, you will be okay. We will be thinking of you.

Words can't express the saddness we all feel by the death of Kyle. I knew Kyle through my son Corey and the George Jenkins Football program. He was always a very nice kid. Only God knows the day or hour in which he will call us all home but, know while Kyle was here he made alot of people smile and he made a great impression on all that knew him. Your Family is in our prayers. He is in a better place.

I had the pleasure of teaching Kyle in my 6th period English IV class and I can definitely say there was never a dull moment. He brought laughter and excitement to class every day and never gave up on what was important to him. To Kirk, Cathy, Chris, and Corey, know that God is with you through sunshine and rain. You're in my prayers.

Dear Hall Family: Our kids Ramon & Christian knew your wonderful son Kyle. They have said nothing but awesome things about him! Our kids have "grown up" a little at the news that was found out Sunday morning when a mutual friend called. We don't know you, but we are parents who believe that the loss of a child is a universal pain that is felt equally. We grieve with your family during this time, our thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless all of you!
