FRIERSON
LAKELAND - Lee 'Bubba' Frierson passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018.
He was born October 12, 1932 in Florida City, Florida. He has been a resident of Lakeland since 1960. Lee Frierson had a long career working at Life and Casualty Insurance company. He also was a manager at the Cleveland Heights golf course.
He was a veteran in the United States Army and served as a cook on a hospital train in Europe.
Lee enjoyed fishing with his son and playing golf. He also liked to visit estate sales and antique shops with his wife.
Lee loved his family and was preceded in death by his daughter Renee, his brother Mack, and his sister Dorothy.
He is survived by his loving wife Joann, his son Robin, granddaughters Rhea, Hattie, Lauralee and 3 great grandchildren Kyleigh, Landon, and Harper.
A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 am, Wednesday, 18, 2018 at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home, 1727 Bartow Rd., Lakeland.

I sure think about you still.... I hate that I wasn't there to say goodbye! We did have some pretty amazing talks, heard some amazing story's of triumph. You loved just telling your life's story and I loved listening. Mama's not doing very well and Aunt Dollie moved in at the ranch... You loved that ranch of grandma and grandpa's, they are the only williamses left or family you had left from your Mama's side... Well, condolences to the family and we're praying for you on this sad anniversary. Losing a loved one is never easy!

Uncle Lee, I miss you so much and think of you often. Me and mom are bringing flowers today. We love you and want to ask that you watch over my daddy who just got there...
