Louie Burton Septic Tank Services
LAKELAND - Louie Burton, 72, passed away Sept. 17, 2017.
Louie was born in Orlando, FL on Nov. 25, 1944, and remained a lifelong resident of Central Florida. He was the owner of Louie Burton Septic Tank Services for over 50 years, a family owned and operated business, and he also owned Louie Burton RC Raceway. Louie was an avid fisherman, and also enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jeanette Burton; sons, Louie Burton, Jr. and Brian Austin Burton; daughters, Trenda Burton and Mona Lisa (Tim) Burton; grandchildren, Bryanna and Martin; brothers, Sam (Bonnie) Burton and Edgar (Pat) Burton; sister, Bea Meads; and his extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Wed. from 6-8 pm at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Rd., Lakeland. Funeral services will be Thurs. at 10 am at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Oak Hill Burial Park.

Nothing is the same since you've been gone. I am completely lost without you. My heart has been shattered and there is no fixing it. I really don't understand this purpose in life, but I do know I have/had the best daddy ever. You are/were loved by many. You had the biggest heart and loved us/your kids more then anything in this journey of life. The morning you passed, I died with you! Well the Chinese dinners and Publix chicken along with the birthday party we had for Samantha on her 20th all those are fond memories that will have with you, you and I have something in common and that Samantha Duncan your first granddaughter the daughter of your son Louie Burton Junior . I've always admired how much you've loved your children and put them first I appreciate your kind words of telling me that I was a good mom and I raised Samantha, well you bought her, her first computer for high school, you came to her graduation and you even made sure she had a Christmas gift to give me those are memories that will live on forever . There may have been a fence between us but it was never too high for us to say hello . Rest in peace Big Louie NASCAR forever

Everytime I saw Mr Burton ..he was talking with his contagious smile even out working on the hottest days. Remember him the way he was I hope and pray you ( LBJr & Family ) can somehow find comfort and peace in knowing although to us..here a great loss but for where he goes is not and now he feels better where he's at waiting for you . Daddy, I miss you so much. My heart has been broken into a million pieces. You were the most loveable, kind hearted, carrying, and genuine father and we were blessed when GOD chose you to be our daddy.
