Mary,
Crazy Mary,
We never talked much.
We saw eachother every now and then.
But the times we did were always full of laughter. Never have I been with you and not smiled or laughed. I and a lot of other people will miss you.
Love you

Mari with an "i" that was what she always said, don't pick your nose on a bumpy road, and when you use the restroom be sure to use her name you'd get a better seat, those are a few (I mean a few) of the sayings you would hear from Mari. She would always make you smile and laugh. I guess I just wanted to say that I will dearly miss everything about Mari, I will miss the daily 6am phone calls and the afternoon joke of the day which I can never remember, I will miss the card games we played regularly, I will miss the daily gossip that we both loved to talk about, I will miss the every weekend laundry day that she insisted that I do at her house, and if she insisted you'd better do it cause she would not let it go until you gave in. But I must say that I will miss YOUR FRIENDSHIP the most. Mari was the kind of person who would (litterly)give the shrit off her back and give to you, I know I've seen her do it. I could go on and on about Mari but I don't think I can put it in words or a poems just how I feel about her, my heart aches and tears fall as I write this so I will end this letter for now.

After reading all the letters in guest book I can tell that everyone saw the same loving Mari that I did and we will all truely MISS HER.

Your Loving Friend Always,
Susan Pierce

A light went out of the world when Mari left us. The light is gone, but the memory of her light will always be with us.

WHEN I THINK OF MARY I MUST SAY, SHE LOVED LIFE. SHE LOVED TO LAUGH AND THAT IS A GIFT FROM HER THAT, HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY ALL CHERRISH.
SHE LIVED IN THE MOMENT. THAT IS SOMETHING WE ALL LEARNED FROM HER. SHE WILL BE MISSED, BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN. WE ARE LUCKY THAT GOD'S LOVE HAS ALWAYS LIVES IN OUR HEARTS. I FOR ONE WILL HAVE FAITH IN THE GOODNESS THAT LAUGHTER IS WHAT SHE SHARED. WE WILL ALL GIVE THANKS FOR TIME THAT SHE SHARED WITH ALL, SHE ROSE WITH THE SUN.AND BROUGHTLIGHT INTO ALL OF OUR LIVE.

Goodbyes

When the time has come upon us.

In my heart you will not know.

Goodbyes will be unspoken

When I spread my wings and go.

It's time now my friend,

For me to say goodbye.

Our laugther may have stopped.

But the memories will not die.

Oh how I'll miss sitting with you drinking coffee and talking about Peyton Place.

Hearing the sound of car coming around the corner soon to be followed by a toot of your horn.

And singing together and acting as though we would the New All American Idol's.

Our trip to Miami or just going out to breakfast.

Moments filled with laughter and your quick wick.

Being silly when our spirits low because 'My Mari" wouldn't allow you to be too serious or take anything too serious.

I realize now how much I took our friendship for granted and I never dream of you moving on to higher places.

I know you're bringing laughter to the heavens. I'm sure I'll see you smiling in the clouds on a sunny days, and your twiinkling eyes in the rain drops.

My friend I will miss all the little things that made you a special person and an excellent friend.

So I'm going to lock away in my heart all the good things about you and wonderful memories that will never disappear.

The one regret I have is I didn't tell you how special your friendship was often enough. If you're watching you are probably making fun of me because I got serious with this note. I sure you're telling the angels she "so serious" and "she should really lighten up" because "life's too short".

I love you Mari and thanks for all the many treasures that I hope I can pass on to other's the same as you did with anyone you cross paths with.

Always,
Janice
