Founder
LAKELAND - Mr. Owen Edgar Combee, age 82, died Sunday, April 19, 2015.
Born in Polk City, Florida, on April 29, 1932, Owen was a lifelong resident. He was the founder of Combee Insulation, and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Mr. Combee is survived by his wife Iva Young Combee, Lakeland; son Keith Combee (Gerri), Lakeland; daughter Denise Urban (Dan), Lakeland; granddaughters Danielle Maldonada (Dido), DeAnna Urban, Paige Combee, all of Lakeland.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Calvary Baptist Church.
Lanier Funeral Home.

iva, i'm so sorry for your loss. The last time that we spoke was at my mother's funeral, but I remember how good you and Linda and your mother were and so gracious in fixing the dinner after my Dad passed away in 1978. Your Mother and Dad were my
Aunt and Uncle and I have fond memories of them in my childhood. I wish we could have spent more time together as we grew into adulthood.

Owen was more than a brother in law, he was like a big brother. We had many good times at the river and on our many trips to remember. He was always there to help , and will be missed. Iva has always been the wife and Mother to look up to and will be in our prayers. Love Mike and Linda
