Patsy Luzader Obituary

The Heritage Beauty SalonLAKELAND -- Mrs. Patsy Lou Luzader of Lakeland died of cancer Sunday (Aug. 20, 2006) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was 78.Born in Muncie, Ind., on Dec. 6, 1927, she moved to Lakeland from Yorktown, Ind., in 1992. She owned The Heritage Beauty Salon, Yorktown. She was a member of American Business Women Association Yorktown Chamber of Commerce. She attended Yorktown United Methodist Church.Mrs. Luzader is survived by her husband, Edwin Luzader; son, Thomas Prendergast Jr., Lakeland; daughters, Trudy Robertson, San Francicso, Kathie Saik and Julia Jacyszyn, both of Toronto, Canada; brother, Owen "Sonny" Stark, Alexandria, Ind.; sisters, Vona Abrams, Beverly Crause and Nona Jones, all of Cape Coral, Sally Vollenhaus, Alexandria, Ind., Thada Benson, Chattanooga, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Gentry-Morrison Dukes Steen Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, Lakeland.
