SHARP, 54
AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Penny C. Sharp, age 54, a loving mother & grandmother passed away July 3, 2013, in her home due to heart failure.
Penny was born Feb. 26, 1959 in Delphi Falls, NY to John H. and Ollie J. (Barrows) Hewes. She was a longtime Auburndale resident and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Mathew "Jerry" Griffin.
Penny is survived by her husband John; daughter Kimberly Swirbul (Rick) of Tampa; son Jonathan Sharp of Auburndale; grandchildren, Kaitlyn (7) and Trey (1); siblings Mary E. Thibault (Robert), Thomas J. Hewes (Dalyce), Faith H. Hewes, Jo E. Stanton, and Jack A. Barrows.
Committal services will be 10 AM Thurs. July 11, 2013 at the Auburndale Memorial Park.
Arrangements By: Kersey Funeral Home.
