OGBURN, 73
LAKELAND - Ronald Fred 'Ronnie' Ogburn of Lakeland, FL, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018. He was 73. A native of Auburndale, born March 7, 1945 to Fred and Hazel Carswell Ogburn, Ronnie moved here 4 years ago from Jacksonville, FL. He retired after many years from the Department of Defense, was a US Air Force veteran during the Vietnam era, and he attended the First Baptist Church of Lake Alfred.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Scott Ogburn. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Donna; his son Michael (Amanda); his sisters: Joyce Decker, Yvonne (Tom) Williams, and Marisa (Grady) Judd.
Memorial services will be held 10:30 am Thursday at the First Baptist Church of Lake Alfred, with a gathering of friends from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Condolences to the family can be sent to:
