TAMPA - Kyle Faltus was born in Tampa, FL on May 16, 1993 and was called home on April 15 2010.
Kyle was a junior at Lennard High School. He loved his school and teachers, especially his Agriculture class. A true outdoorsman, he loved fishing, hunting and four wheeling at River Ranch. Kyle had an innate love of people, infectious smile, and touched everybody's heart who met him. His wit and sense of humor always kept people laughing. Kyle was known for being the first to help out even when it wasn't needed. He spent endless hours on the Little Manatee River boating, jet skiing, fishing and always loved to be with his friends.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 21st from 5 to 7 PM at the Double-D Ranch, 3000 30th St. SE, Ruskin, FL with a celebration of his life immediately following. A private burial will be held Thursday morning.
He is survived by his father Tim Faltus (Claudia), mother Sharon Faltus (Mark), brother Dylan Faltus; and his very special friend Miss Terri Hall. Uncle Mark, Aunt Rita, cousins Justin and Kasey Faltus; Uncle Dan, Aunt Kathy, cousins Daniel and Ben; cousins Sharie Stewart, Jerry (Tammy) Stewart and Staci Stewart; Grandmothers Pam Stokes and Sandy Rifkin.
Donations can be made in Kyle's name to Zipperer's Funeral Home in care of the Teen Crisis Center at 1520 33rd St SE Ruskin, FL 33570.

kyle, i miss you dearly. you should have been at the graduation for dylan it was great... until i spoke to your mom and asked where you were; you should have seen the reaction i got. it was shattering to see my almost little brother's mother look at me with such pain. I went on for 3 months without knowing of your passing. i found out later that night. it broke my heart. so much that I couldnt drive; i miss you. more than i ever have in my life. you were an amazing person. and a great kid! smiling all the time and sharing funny stories! i love you.

I should have "talked" to you on Thursday but things got a little hectic. Missed sitting next to you again on June 10, 2010 as Eric walked across the stage at his graduation from Armwood High School. I sat next to your mom and I somehow knew you were there, too. Just wasn't the same without you. Your mom and I cried not only for the joy of Dylan and Eric getting their diplomas but realizing that this would be the last graduation we would attend for family. We should have been talking about getting you thru your senior year so we could once again cheer at your graduation. Instead we talked about how much missed you.

Another important event without you.
Tonight Dylan graduated from High School. Oh, how I wish you were sitting next me helping to make the time pass before Dylan got his diploma. We should have been giggling about how Dylan looked in his cap and gown and all the crazy things he did growing up. AND... then as we heard his name we would be the loudest cheering section as he crossed the stage to get his diploma so he would know how proud we are of him. Dylan has become such a wonderful young man---I really am amazed at all the things he has accomplished. Watch over your big brother as he enters the next stage of his life.

Kyle, its been 30 days now since you departed my life. Today is your 17th birthday and I am sad. Birthdays are so special to parents. Last year at this time you found your truck parked on the river with 75 friends cheering becuase they knew you worked hard for it and deserved it. This year was very differnt as we just came from your resting place on the river. I remember 5 weeks ago that you were doing 360's on your boogie board with me, Dylan and Claudia pulling you behind the jet ski in that exact spot. I want you to know how proud I am of you. I thank you for including me in every facet of your life. The double dates, River Ranch, FFA, fishing and boating or just letting me hang out with you and Andrew and the crew. The house was always a sea of activity as you were a very social person who liked to share with everyone. I felt so protected by your hugs and kisses and will miss that for the rest of my life. I am truley sorry for any transgressions I may have comitted as a parent. No parent on God's Great Earth could ask for two better children than you and Dylan. Everywhere I went people told me so, and I was proud. I know that God needed his angel and for reasons still unknown to all of us, he needed you more. That being said, I need to ask yet another favor from you. You never said no to me when you were on earth and I know you already know what this one is son. I need for you to comfort and protect your brother as he is lost without you. I know how proud you were of him and told me that on the day God took you. He needs your grace and blessings more that ever now. Tim, Sharon, Dylan, Claudia and Terri-I know the pain is still so raw, trying to make sense of why Kyle was taken from us so soon, Kyle was a blessing, a gift from God. You touched so many hearts in ways that you will now never realize. You made your family laugh with your sense of humor and your wit - you made our family gatherings memorable. Staci will forever remember you having to take her on the four wheeler everytime we came over, just cause she could never get the hang of driving that silly thing alone. Our heart aches over the loss of our special cousin, but we know that our Lord now cradles him in his arms as he begins his journey in heaven with those that have gone before him. I am sure Aunt Fifi brushed away his tears when he came to them so unexpectedly last Friday night - Just as I am sure that the Lord will soon dry our tears. Kyle you will forever be missed, but your love and laughter will live on in each of us, whose lives were blessed with a piece of your heart.
