I cannot believe it has been 13 years since you went to Heaven. I still think of you often and smile. That is the kind of impact you had on everyone's life that you touched, Timmy Locke. Picking on everyone, I don't think I'll ever get your cheer out of my head you said to me every time you saw me "Rah Rah Ree, kick 'em in the knee, Rah Rah Rass, Kick 'em in the other knee". I still laugh. Always making fun of my being a "prissy" cheerleader. I sure miss you Timmy Locke. Till we meet again my Friend.

Timmy,
I still can't believe that you are gone! I have known you all my live. From elementary school till now. You always picked on me and gave me a hard time. I will say that I'm going to miss that! I remember when ya'll were doing our road! And you would yell at me from the end of the road. Or better yet you would get in the truck and sit in the front yard and lay on the horn, till I would come out, and say yes Timmy! And your reply was will you bring me out a glass of sweet tea! I know the guys on your crew thought we were crazy. Not to mention my neighbors. They were like do you really now this man that well for him to be picking on you? I was oh yeah he has always been like that to me. And I have know him my entire life. Timmy, you will greatly missed by so many people. I know it was a blessing for you family to see all the people that loved you. And to see all the young people you made a impact on their lives. Till we meet again my friend. Love you Mary Costine

Kim, Dusty, & Kendall, Our heart aches for each of you. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Tim was a great husband, father & friend, not to mention a comedian. We cannot recall a time when we were ever in his presence that he wouldn't make us laugh. We have all had many great fond memories with Timmy, hold onto the good times, may he never be forgotten. Kim we will always be here for you and the kids if ever you need anything we are just a phone call away. Timmy is in heaven shining down upon you all. This is to all the young people that Big Tim knew and loved. I know that things will be hard for yall, some of you will need his help and guidance, others of you will need his disapline. When that time arises and you feel like there is no one to turn to. Stop and close your eyes and think about what Big Tim would have said to you and things will get better. He will be watching over each and every one of you.
