I had the honor and privilege of working with Kelsey here at the Department of Family and Children's Services (DFCS) in Santa Clara County. Kelsey always had a smile on her face, and she was quick with a kind word and offer to help me however she could. I was taken aback to hear of her illness and passing. She was always so vibrant and full of life. My deepest condolences to her loved ones.
