Chale, may you rest in peace. I'm saddened that I'm just finding out today about your passing. I'm saddened I couldn't be there to say my goodbyes and thank you once again for everything you did for me. You were the greatest mentor a student could ask for. Thanks for all the life lessons. I will forever cherish the memories. Thank you for teaching me how to BBQ. I could go on forever because you were that great. Our condolences to Mrs. Martinez and the rest of the family from the Rivera Family in Monte Alto.

Mr. Charlie was a great colleague and mentor for me at EE HS. I remember him and my Tio Leo always the vocational department duo. Great teachers for our students. May he rest in peace.
