Delia Garcia Obituary
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ponciano Sr. and Delia Garcia; a brother, Jesus Garcia; and a sister, Maria Del Refugio "Cuca" Wagner.
Delia is survived by five sons, Joey "Sonia" Salinas, Jose Jaime (Angie De La Cerda) Salinas, Javier (Jessica) Salinas, Jesus Salinas, John Joseph (Erika Zarate) Salinas; 12 grandchildren, Regina Salinas, Joshua Salinas, Janelle Salinas, Kimberly Salinas, Elijah Salinas, Jayson Salinas, Jaylynn Salinas, Ciana Salinas, Ezrah Salinas, Emari Salinas, John Emiliano Salinas, Emma Valentina Salinas; three great-grandchildren, Alina, Ava, and Austin De La Cerda; four brothers, Arturo Garcia, Ponciano Garcia Jr., Erasmo Garcia; and five sisters, Eliamar Saenz, Corina Garza, Estella Galvan, Anne Garcia Downing, and Evangelina "Vangie" Garcia.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Thursday, January 4, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, January 5, 2023, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
