EVA MARIE MARQUEZ NEW MEXICO - Eva Marie Marquez 04/11/75-01/12/16, On January 12, 2016 Eve got her Angel wings and even though we know she is singing with the Angels Choir. She left us wishing and wanting to hear one more laugh one more joke. She was loved by many. Eve was not only a wonderful daughter, sister, and tia she also was a honorable sargeant in the Army. She served our country well. She would always go the extra mile to lend a helping hand, she loved with all her heart and had a smile that would light up a room. Eve is survived by her mother Elva (Lupe) Garcia, her father Tony (Gracie) Marquez, her brothers Edward (Elvira) Marquez, little Tony (Liz) Marquez, her sister Sara (Ricky) Munoz. Her nephews Cesar Castro, Jonathan Marquez and nieces Anahi Castro, and Katie Scarlett Marquez. Memorial Service was held Wednesday January 13, 2016, 3:00pm - 9:00pm at Vaughan Funeral Home, Donna. Eve I still cant believe it. We grew apart these last few years. I really do wish we could have had spoken to each other one last time. You were my best friend and I will cherish the time and adventures we had together in the Army and the crazy ones we had when we got out. I still have the Ginobili jersey you bought me and will keep it forever to remember you. We will meet again my friend. My condolences to the Marquez Family.

After school and on weekends when we were about 13 or 14 yrs old she was my best freind and my neighbor. We were crazy together played alot of jokes on my cousins and school. We loved listening to music and just hang out. I wish i never lost track of you when you moved away. We just a few months back found each other on facebook which made me happy. I love you crazy girl and thanks for being there for me those years i needed you in my ugly life. God bless you see you one day again....
