He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Maria de la Luz.
Genaro is survived by his children, Juana Rodriguez, Genaro (Maria Alicia) Rodriguez, Jr., Mario (Rosa) Rodriguez, Miguel (Ofelia) Rodriguez, Teresa Rodriguez, Jose Felipe (Jaine) Rodriguez, Ricardo Rodriguez, Melchor (Margarita) Rodriguez, Concepcion Rodriguez, Rogelio Rodriguez; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel of Serenity.
Funeral Mass will be Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 215 N 16th Ave, Edinburg, TX 78541. Burial to follow at Valley Memorial Gardens.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel, 3611 Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78573.
