James Wingate Obituary

JAMES E . "ERNEST" WINGATE
James e. "Ernest" Wingate, 84, of San Antonio passed away Saturday, February 17, 2007 in San Antonio.
His parents Joseph W. "Will" and Emeline Carter Wingate preceded him in death, as well as a sister Angenell Mann, brothers: Joseph William "Dub" Wingate and Franklin Carter Wingate.
He is survived by his wife Wyline Fowler Wingate; sons: James E. Wingate, Jr. and wife Gail, Thomas P. Wingate and wife Pam, and Michael F. Wingate; daughter Sherry Wingate Morrow and husband Mike; sister Edith Bridge, 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, Feb. 19, 2007 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007, in the Chapel of the Hurley Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
