Thinking of you on the anniversary of your passing with a smile. I think about all those night shifts in E. R. You made each shift entertaining and a learning event. I enjoyed the Nutcracker performance. I have no doubt that you are entertaining folks up there too.

To your children, grandchildren and brother, my sincere condolences, they have lost a wonderful, kind, loving father and brother. We have lost a friend, coworker. So many years working the night shift, listening to your spontaneous jokes, your singing, the many conversations, philosophical thoughts. Will miss seeing you in The Nutcracker. Will miss hearing that deep voice during your random calls to say hello and how is everything. I learned so much from you. You touched so many lives, am glad you touched mine. Your job here is done, on with the journey. Will smile with the memories, RIP my friend.

Had the honor and pleasure of working with
Dr. Jorge Martinez for a few years. I must say that I will truly treasure all the memories and good times we had working the night shift in the ER. Having worked with many doctors there is only a few doctors very down to earth, Dr. Martinez was one of them. Truly will miss him and will always be thankful for all his advice and for his friendship. You will be missed!! RIP DOC!!
