Juan Arteaga Obituary

Palmview - Juan Perez Arteaga, 81, of Palmview, TX entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 20, 2022. Juan Perez was born in Zacatecas, Mexico on August 29, 1940. He is preceded in death by his wife of 47 years Dora Elia Perez and daughters Cecilia (Ricardo) Varela, Cindy (Lynn) Bond, Janice (Raphael) Cateni, and Aileen Perez; a son Overlin (Karina) Perez and 2 grandsons Ricardo Varela Jr. and Evan Cateni.

Visitation will be held at 5:00pm on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission, TX with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm followed by a prayer service. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at St. Mary Magdalene in Mission, TX with burial to follow at Garden of Angels also in Mission, TX.

Juan Perez was a man of few words but his wisdom and love were unmistakable. His keen intelligence, sweetness, and generous spirit will be sorely missed.
