There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. I can't believe it's been a year, it just seems like yesterday that we texted about mom and tv shows that we both liked. Say hi to dad and Ofelia. Love you!

My sweet friend Janie. I will cherish the beautiful memories. I enjoyed working alongside you and then we even started hanging out on the weekends. I remember the talks and laughs we shared. Although we didn´t keep in touch over the years, I never forgot you my friend. It´s hard to believe you´re gone. May you rest in eternal peace my sweet friend. My deepest condolences to the January and Garcia families.

I met Janie back in 1976. We worked for the school district, hung out together and went to California to visit her sister Pat. I was also one of her bridesmaids in her wedding. Although after that we didn´t keep in touch, but I will forever cherish the wonderful times we had back in the day. She was a sweet and kind friend. I was heartbroken when I heard about her passing. I wish we could´ve kept in touch throughout the years. R.I.P. my sweet friend.

My dear sweet cousin. We shared so many childhood memories. Playing dolls, listening to the latest album, singing, dancing. I remember you so excited in high school because you were going to a conference and getting to meet your favorite Roger Staubach your favorite quarterback.
I remembered you paying for my prom dress. You were always so kind and loving to me.
I am thankful I got to spend so much time with you and Ernest on our last visit to the valley. They are moments I will treasure.
My Sincere Condolences to Ernest and all the January/ Garcia family.
Rest in Peace Cousin

Aunt Janie, you are missed so much already. I will always remember going to Luby´s with you, Uncle Ernest, my parents, and grandma. I will always remember the thanksgivings we would spend together. We always had such a good time. You were, and still are, an inspiration and a light to many. Past and current students came to your funeral last night, parents shared stories about how their kids loved you, and coworkers showered you with love. You touched so so many people´s lives. The world has lost an amazing one, but Heaven is so lucky to have gained you. I´m comforted to know you are now back with your sister and dad. We all love and miss you, Aunt Janie!

I remember that 1st grade was like a happy moment in my life. She was one of my favorite teachers because her last name was January, and my birthday was in January. I met my best friend in her class, and she would always let us partner up with each other. She had also given all her kids kites on the last day of school because we were her last class at Hargill Elementary. She has held a special place in my heart. My deepest condolences to Mrs. January's family and friends.

Ms. January was an amazing, kind, and sweet soul. She was my teacher when I was in 1st grade at Hargill Elementary 20 years ago. I can still remember how loving she was and how great it felt so receive a hug from her. There certainly was a warmth about her. My condolences to the January family.
