We miss you so much Janie! You left a piece of your heart with us! Blessings and prayers to Ernest, Ernie, and Nicky! Love, Jefferson Elementary Staff

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. I can't believe it's been a year, it just seems like yesterday that we texted about mom and tv shows that we both liked. Say hi to dad and Ofelia. Love you!

Hi Sister, it has been a year since you went to Heaven. I still think of you every day. Say hi to our Dad and Sister Ofelia. Miss you.

My sweet friend Janie. I will cherish the beautiful memories. I enjoyed working alongside you and then we even started hanging out on the weekends. I remember the talks and laughs we shared. Although we didn´t keep in touch over the years, I never forgot you my friend. It´s hard to believe you´re gone. May you rest in eternal peace my sweet friend. My deepest condolences to the January and Garcia families.

I met Janie back in 1976. We worked for the school district, hung out together and went to California to visit her sister Pat. I was also one of her bridesmaids in her wedding. Although after that we didn´t keep in touch, but I will forever cherish the wonderful times we had back in the day. She was a sweet and kind friend. I was heartbroken when I heard about her passing. I wish we could´ve kept in touch throughout the years. R.I.P. my sweet friend.

My dear sweet cousin. We shared so many childhood memories. Playing dolls, listening to the latest album, singing, dancing. I remember you so excited in high school because you were going to a conference and getting to meet your favorite Roger Staubach your favorite quarterback. I remembered you paying for my prom dress. You were always so kind and loving to me. I am thankful I got to spend so much time with you and Ernest on our last visit to the valley. They are moments I will treasure....

Aunt Janie, you are missed so much already. I will always remember going to Luby´s with you, Uncle Ernest, my parents, and grandma. I will always remember the thanksgivings we would spend together. We always had such a good time. You were, and still are, an inspiration and a light to many. Past and current students came to your funeral last night, parents shared stories about how their kids loved you, and coworkers showered you with love. You touched so so many people´s lives. The world has...

Rest in peace Aunt Janie. I still can´t believe you´re gone. You are already so missed. You had such an impact on so many. You brought so much lightheartedness to this world. You were an inspiration and light to so many. Watch over us now with Aunt Ofi and Grandpa. Sending love and prayers to all our families during their sad time.

I will miss your big heart and beautiful smile. My dear sweet sister-in-law Janie, may you Rest in Peace in the loving arms of our Lord.
