Mary Godinez Obituary
MISSION - Mary Naomi Godinez, 71, passed away to be with the Lord on Friday November 28, 2008, at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas. She was born to Gilma David and Mary Naomi Stuart on January 27, 1937 in McAllen, Texas.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Juan Godinez, daughters: Carolyn (Alonzo) Garza, Deborah (Eluterio) Alvarez, and Edith Venegas; Sons: John (Deborah) Godinez, David Earl (Debora) Godinez, Michael Godinez, and Jeffery Godinez; Brother: William Stuart; Sisters: Norma LeCount, Barbara Gerlach, Brenda Stuart, and Karen Speer; Grandchildren: 29, and Great-Grandchildren: 27.
Viewing for Mary Naomi Godinez will be from 2 to 8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. today, Sunday, November 30, 2008, at Virgil Wilson Memorial Chapel in Mission, Texas. Chapel service will be at 12 p.m. on Monday December 01, 2008 in Virgil Wilson Memorial Chapel in Mission. Burial will follow to Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, Texas. Virgil Wilson Mortuary of Mission is in charge of funeral arrangements.

Johnny you were blessed many years with the sweetest person in the world. To all you kids, grandkids and great grandkids MaryAnn loved you all and was very proud of all of you. She"s now in a better place and has plenty of family who love her in heaven and it's only a matter of time before you'll be with her again.
