NATIVIDAD RAMIREZ Obituary
EDINBURG - Natividad Ramirez Jr., 40, entered into eternal rest on April 11, 2011 in McAllen, TX. He was born to Odelia R. Rodriguez-Garcia and Natividad Ramirez Sr. on August 31, 1970 in Sinton, TX.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving family: daughter, Miranda Hailey Ramirez of Weslaco, TX; sons, Sergio Nat. Ramirez of Calallen, TX and Nestor Leigh Ramirez of Gregory, TX; sisters, April Marissa Garcia of Sinton, TX and Naomi Anette Garcia-Moreno of Las Vegas, NV; brother, Joe Louis (Jimmie) Garcia of San Antonio, TX; grandmother, Juanita Ramirez of Tynan, TX; dad, Jose Garcia of Sinton, TX; long time companion, Glenda Karr of Edinburg, TX. Also left to cherish his memory are two grandchildren; Lexie Ann Ramirez of Mathis, TX and Andrew John Ramirez of Sinton, TX.
Natividad graduated from Sinton High School in 1988 and went on to join the Marine Corps where he served a tour in Desert Storm. He furthered his education at UT Galveston where he graduated with a bachelors and earned his Physicians Assistant Degree at Pan American University. He was currently employed at McAllen Primary Care Clinic where he worked as a P.A. Although Nat practiced medicine his greatest passion in life was music where he was known as DJ "N" to his music followers.
A visitation will be held today, April 14, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Home in Sintion, TX. A funeral mass will be held Friday, April 15, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Sinton, TX. Interment will follow at Eternal Rest Cemetery in Sinton, TX. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Ceballos Funeral Home in McAllen and Rest Haven Funeral Home in Sinton, TX.

I was at MPC this afternoon, and my heart sank when I saw the obituary, I could not believe it. I had goose bumps all over my body, my child would not seen anyone other then the "doctor with the Converse". Ramirez family my deepest condolences. May you relish in his memories.

Well, I'm certainly gonna miss how you always managed to cheer me up when I was really getting a bad medical report. You're reassurance and confidence in your work and in me was amazing! I came in to Dr. T's office today hoping to see you and instead I see your obituary. My heart sank... My children loved your care and talks. I often told Mrs. T how awesome you were and how I didn't have to take my xanax after I saw you. Hahaha! You were simply awesome! You had this magical way with people. You were such an asset to MPC. We're truly gonna miss you. My deepest sympathy to your family, loved ones and your children.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Nat's passing. He was an absolutely wonderful person, full of life. I knew him for a short time, but he always had the biggest smile on his face. He will be greatly missed. My prayers go out to the Ramirez family. You had an amazing son, brother and father. I can't imagine what you all may be going through with this being such a tragic and sudden accident. Just know, Nat made an impact on so many people and I will forever keep him in my thoughts and prayers.

My Condolences and prayers to Nat's family. I knew Nat as a little boy. He was always smiling no matter what. I can still hear his laughter as we played hide and go seek or tag. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen you in over 30 yrs. I asked his mom about him not long ago. It was great to hear that he was doing well. I know you grew up to be a wonderful person Nat. God bless you and Rest in peace my friend. You will always be in our hearts.

Nat I miss you brother you were a great friend . We had a lot of good times back in the day in sinton I will never forget you were always full of life . My condolences go out to the ramirez family & my great friend glenda. Although nat is gone, his smile will forever live in our hearts. Roy & I will always be greatful that nat was in our lives, although it was for a short time, he left a footprint in our hearts. He was a great friend whos smile would light up a room.. if there is one thing nat taught me, it was to always live life to the fullest. Nat, although its only been a few days..u are already missed so much . Where ever you are in heaven , remember glenda will be taken care of that is our promise to you... keep spinnin in heaven nat! My sincere condolences go out to the family and friends of Nat. I met Nat when he first moved from the Houston area and worked at Edinburg Regional as a MRI tech. He truly had a passion for the profession he was pursing, which was becoming a PA.
May he rest in peace, and may the positive energy he shared with others be remembered forever.

I went to school with Nat. Was a good friend to everyone he knew. He came over to a few parties during high school, but hadn't seen him since graduation. He will be missed. R.I.P., my friend!

I am truly saddened by Nat's death. He was an amazing person. He was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing him at every opportunity.
His passing will not only leave a void in so many lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew him. Nat's memory will always remain deep within so many peoples life.
