Hi dad, I’ve been scouring the internet all day to find this. It’s been 13 yrs & it still feels like yesterday when I lost you. losing you at such a young age changed my life forever for the good & bad ... life lessons to learn from & remembering the advice I never took seriously then & now I have them kept away & stored for when I need your wise words. I’m 23 now lost in life looking for the next road to turn to & I can’t stop thinking about you dad I wish I had you here to help guide me through life. I know you see me. I wish I could see you for 5 more minutes. I love you daddy I’ll see you soon

Tio: I cannot begin to express how much pain I feel from losing you. I just want you to know that I love you very much and will miss you. Thank you for letting Anita and I spend all those countless nights and weekends with you and the girls. Those are some of my favorite childhood memories. I will miss your voice, your laughter, your songs and your hugs. Giovanni prayed very hard for your speedy recovery and doesn't understand why things ended the way they did. You were Giovanni's hero and he spoke about you to everyone. You didn't get to meet Sofia but she looks more like Tia Dora than I do:) Tio, one day we will all be together and on that day I will knock at your door and shout 49!

Kris, Norm, and Lori:
I love you like sisters and never forget it. If you ever need to talk, cry or laugh, please call. There might be miles between us but nothing would stop me from being there for you. I love you and miss you very much!

The to the Garza family, My husband and I had the privledge of knowing and working with Noe when he was with the police department in Alamo and we both were with the fire department. I was on the ambulance with Noe on the terrible night he was shot in Alamo. Situations like that night hit close to home because in a small town like Alamo, the fire and police departments worked side by side and were family. Noe told me years later that he remembered me holding my hand inside his body to try to stop the bleeding even though he was barely conscious. That meant a lot to me and still brings tears to my eyes. We have not lived in Alamo for several years and did not know that Noe was ill, but we would like to extend our best wishes to his family at this time and pray that you realize he is in a better place. God Bless You All.

Noe's Children:

My deepest sympathy for your loss. The Loss of a FATHER is grand in many which ways. I feel your hurt, emptiness and sadness for a loved one gone. He was a great person, friend, and public servant....which can never compare to the FATHER he must have been to you.

Be strong and make him proud!

He now joins my father, who spoke of him during his tenure as ALAMO CHIEF OF POLICE!

To the Garza family: Nacho and I worked together for many years. There was never a dull moment with him around. He was always in a good mood and always telling us his jokes and childhood stories. He would sing some of the "corridos" he made up and he loved to imitate Willie Nelson! His daughters and grandkids were his pride and extreme joy. I will truly miss him. I thank God that he is not suffering anymore. He deserves to rest in peace now. Nacho, I will never, ever forget you my friend.

Noe Garza was a great friend and individual whom really like to help others in need. He was active in donating his time and talent in fundraisers and numerous benefit bar-b-cues in the community of Alamo. The fire committee, along with the chicken committee and the Alamo Knights of Columbus, will surely missed a great friend whom made getting up in the wee hours of the morning fun and filled with many hours of laughs. Thanks for the memories......Noe.

God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face.

He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering, he knew you were in pain.
And knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw your path was difficult, he closed you tired eyes,
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.
When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,
We would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again.
You've left us precious memories, your love will be our guide,
You live on through your children, you're always by our side.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you on the day God called you home!

To the family of Noe "Nacho" Garza, It has not been very long that I have known Noe and his wonderful wife, but I had the pleasure of meeting him through my fiancee Ramiro "Ram" Garcia who was one of Noe's best friends. I recall the night we went to see him in the hospital during the Christmas holidays and even though he was not well he still had the energy to laugh with us. I will treasure the memory forever. I hope that the Lord gives each one who knew him the strength to live with beautiful memories of this man we knew as Noe "Nacho". Keep your faith in God and we will someday all be joined together in the glorious gates of heaven. God bless.
