I would like to offer my condolences to the Cuellar Family. I was saddened to hear of Mr. Cuellar's passing. He will be sorely missed. Mr. Cuellar was a great man who always had a presence of Class, Knowledge, Power, and Respect. These same qualities he instilled in each one of his children from a very young age. He must have been very proud of his children and all their accomplishments. I know each one of you is mourning in his/her own way, but I just wanted to let you know that your Family will be in our prayers.

Mr. Oscar Cuellar was a Great man.
