TRINIDAD LOPEZ ALANIZ EDINBURG - Trinidad Lopez Alaniz, 83, entered eternal rest on Friday, July 10, 2015 at her residence in McAllen, TX. She was born on January 25, 1932 to Maximo Lopez and Josefa Galindo Lopez in Kennedy, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Jesus Maria Alaniz. She is survived by her sons, Miguel Alaniz, Jesus Maria (Lesbia) Alaniz, Carlos Alaniz, Gregorio (Nydia) Alaniz, Guillermo (Anne Belle) Alaniz, Artemio Alaniz; Daughters, Maria Imelda (Orlando) Tovar, Irene Romero, Margarita Castillo, Minerva Garcia, Carmen (Juan) Rosa, Cristina Garza, Diamantina Alaniz, and 39 – grandchildren, 82 - great-grandchildren and 11 – great great grandchildren. Trinidad attended El Cielito Lindo Adult Day Care. She loved music, dancing, playing bingo, and sewing. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed, but will live on in the memories of all those lives she touched. Family will receive friends on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Family Chapel at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 E. Kuhn in Edinburg. Catholic Mass will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Catholic Burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
