So sad to hear this news. I was blessed to have worked with Yolanda at PSJA High School. She was a great teacher and beautiful lady. May you rest in peace and prayers go out to her son and family.

Yolanda was a dear friend and she was the person who showed me how to teach. She was such a great teacher! She motivated me and kept me from quitting and now I am still teaching after 33 years and counting. She will be missed and prayed for. Her sense of humor and laughter is what I will remember her most about her. She always looked on the positive side of life and she would always say, "true or false" when she was asking a question, as if I were her student! Yolanda, may you rest in peace and know that you touched so many people in such wonderful ways. Love Tommy and Jo Yvonne
