Jordan M. Welch, age 24; of Elwell, MI, passed away at Mid Michigan Medical Center, Gratiot on Monday, July 8, 2013.
Jordan was born on July 30, 1988, in Alma, MI. He was an award winning photographer and loved nature photography.
Jordan is survived by his mother and step-father, Cynthia and Kenneth Kaufman of Elwell; brother, Shane T. Welch of Elwell; father Kevin Welch of Elwell; step-sister, Hilare Kaufman of Alma; grandfather, John Hartman of Alma; great grandmother, Jean Fish of St. Louis; step-grandparents, Richard and Rosemary Kaufman of Alma.
A Gathering to Share in his memory will be held Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. at his home, 9575 W. Monroe Rd., Elwell, MI 48832.

Jordy,
It seems so impossible to have such a kind and wonderful nephew taken at such a young age. My pain is selfish but warranted as I miss you greatly.
