Julie and I were best friends in High school. We have many memories of working at Oren's Dept store.....riding in John's Corvette! I am so glad I got to spend time with her at our 50th class reunion! Condolences to all her family.

One of my favorite memories with Aunt Judy was driving her and Grandma around Lake Isabella on the pontoon. Aunt Judy decided she wanted to fish, but the only rod and reel on the boat as a 3' Snoopy pole that belonged to one of the grandkids. Undaunted, she baited the hook and tossed it in the water. A few jigs later, and she was reeling in a good size pike! Without a net or any other equipment, we didn't land the fish, but it sure is a great fish story!
