Dolly, I'm so sad to hear Peter passed away. All those many years we all worked together at Sears, I always enjoyed Peter's stories. He was truly never at loss for words. I know Peter truly loved Dolly and his family because he talked about them all the time.RIP Peter, you will be missed by many and all of your Sears family!

Dear Bertucci family,
My deepest sympathy. He was a fine man. I enjoyed meeting him on several occasions. I am one of your distant cousins. My great grandmother was Maria Rosa Bertucci DelBuono from Ustica.

I remember going to Mr Peter and Miss Dolly's with my parents when they hosted the Ustica futbol team. He was so proud and exuberant in his joy of having them. A wonderful time. He was a really nice man - prayers for him and his family.

Prayers for the Family. I had the pleasure of meeting this kind man through my daughter-in-law Jill and he gave me some of his homegrown vegetables from his garden. I know he will be missed by all.

My sister and I first met Mr. Peter many years ago at Sears after listening in on a conversation. We were drawn to him because his voice and accent was just like our grandfather's. We could have listened to him speak forever, it was such a comfort. Little did I know that our paths would cross again with the East Jefferson Italian American Society. Meeting Mr. Peter and Miss Dolly has been a treasure. I am saddened and sorry for the family and Italian community's loss. Rest in Peace Mr. Peter. I will always remember you.
