Samuel Schepflin Obituary
GLENDALE, AZ: Samuel "Sam" C. Schepflin, 68, of Glendale, AZ, died on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 under the care of Hospice of Arizona. He was born on February 8, 1942 in Fremont to Richard H. and Marjorie C. (Henne) Schepflin and graduated with his class from Fremont Ross High School. He also served in the Navy during peacetime.
Surviving Sam are his siblings, Sylvia (James) Lagrou, Richard (Anne) Schepflin all of Fremont, Ruth (Mike) Lipnick of Aurora, CO and Sherry (Dan) Underwood of Mesa, AZ.
Graveside services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont on Monday, January 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Paul Gruetter will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church in Fremont or to Hospice of Memorial Hospital.

Sylvia, I am so sorry for your loss. We spent time together as little girls. Do you remember? I was Barbara Peck. I am now Barbara Pressler of Waycross, GA. I have so often wondered where you were, what happened to you, etc. I was widowed this year but we had 56 years together. Again, old friend, I am sorry for the loss of your brother.
