Frankie Elizabeth Raines 08-09-1931 05-17-2023 Frankie Elizabeth Raines, 91, of Camp, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Mountain Home, Ark. Frankie was born August 9, 1931, in West Plains, Mo. to Horace Franklin Hilburn and Eunice Iris (Young) Hilburn. Frankie married Robert Hall Raines on January 20, 1964, in Miami, Okla. Frankie worked as an aide, LPN, and then RN for 32 years at Oak Hill Manor Nursing Home (Salem Nursing Home) in Salem, Ark. Frankie enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and being a caregiver for others. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, aunt, friend, and was of the Baptist faith. Frankie leaves to mourn her passing, three sons, Robert Roberts (Diane) of Camp, Ark., Curtis Raines (Angela) of Camp, Ark., and Carl Raines of Camp, Ark.; two daughters, Rosalie Woods of Bastrop, La. and Middie Raines of Camp, Ark.; 17 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother, Virgil "Sonny" Hilburn (Rae) of Anderson, Mo.; two sisters, Wanda Clark of Camp, Arkansas and Ada Jane Haddock (Bob) of Excelsior Springs, Mo.; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband (Robert Raines), two sons (Bill Roberts and Ricky Raines), two grandsons (Robert Raines and an infant), parents (Horace and Eunice Hilburn), and an infant brother (Carroll Hilburn). Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Monday, May 22, 2023, at Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Ark. with Bro. Jerry Barnes officiating. Visitation was 1-2 p.m., Monday, May 22, 2023, at Barker Funeral Home. The interment was in the Camp Cemetery in Camp, Ark. The pallbearers were the grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Camp Cemetery Association in Camp, Ark.
