When the Gilliams lived in Vine Grove, they were my neighbors across Main St. The Gilliam children were the best kids. We all know they won't get that way by themselves. Like most, it takes a mother's touch. Although Barbara worked during the day, then preformed the normal household duties, she still allowed time with her kids providing proper Christian ethics. Barbara Gilliam was a mother to the hilt.
