Brian Wright Obituary

Brian K. Wright, 37, of Cecilia, passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021, at his home.

He was born in Elizabethtown to Jimmie Wright and Mary Jo Phillips. He was a foreman at Jeff Robards Construction.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Donald Phillips; and paternal grandparents, Ova Lee and Tommie Wright.

Survivors include his significant other, Pauline Wright of Cecilia; two sons, Tyler K. and Landon R. Wright of Cecilia; his parents, Jimmie A. Wright of Irvington and Mary Jo Phillips Priest of Cecilia; a sister, Amie (Michael) Nunn of Sonora; his maternal grandmother, Mary S. Phillips of Elizabethtown; special friends, Doug and Barbara Brown of McQuady; and best friends, Ben Thomas and Caden of Cecilia.

The funeral is at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Mike Bell officiating.

Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m.Friday at the funeral home.

The family requests every visitor wear a mask or face cover and practice social distancing.
