Donald Pierce Obituary

Donald Warren Pierce, 72, of Glendale died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.

He was a native of Taylor County, a member of Gilead Baptist Church and owner of Don Pierce and Associates.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lemon and Alice Sullivan Pierce.

Survivors include his wife, Lois Pierce; a son, Greg (Malinda) Pierce of Elizabethtown; a sister, Martha Luckett of Marietta,
Georgia; and two grandchildren, Ian and Kate Pierce, both of Elizabethtown.

The funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Bro. Mike Bell officiating. Burial follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and continue at 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

We are so sorry to hear about Don. He was a great person. Steve and I enjoyed working with him for many years. Don was always easy to work with and very professional. He will be missed.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Don. He was a wonderful man who was well respected in the Elizabethtown Community and will be greatly missed. My prayers for family as they deal with their sudden loss.
