Evelyn Thompson Obituary
She was a native of Grayson County.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, James Blane Thompson; her parents, Filda and Linnie Powell; two grandchildren, Mathew V. Howze and Benjamin R. Cecil; and two brothers, Adrian Powell and Donald Powell.
Survivors include two stepchildren, David Cecil and Gina Ann Melvin; two brothers, Marvin Powell and Waymon Powell; two grandchildren, Ashley M. Cecil and Blaine L. Howze; and a great-granddaughter, Ellie Kendall McKissack.
A graveside is at noon EST Wednesday, Feb. 1, at Thompson Cemetery in Greensburg.
