Jefferson Bradley Jr. Obituary

Jefferson David Bradley Jr., 82, passed away Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at his home.

A proud veteran of the U.S. Army, serving for 35 years and obtaining rank of sergeant first class before retiring into civil service. For his service, he earned numerous medals including the National Defense Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal. After retirement, Jefferson volunteered many years for the Salvation Army earning high praise as bell ringer.

Jefferson was born Dec. 11, 1940, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Jefferson and Leola Bradley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters, Leola and Lillian Bradley; and two brothers, Robert and Lynn Bradley.

Survivors include his wife, Trudy Bradley; five daughters, Diana Behl, Ursula Kidwell, Glenda Fillmore, Sonja Probst and Anita Kilinc; two sons, Jurgen Bauman and Norbert Wolf; 18 grandchildren and a blessed number of great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be private at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.

Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.
