Survivors include his wife, Nikki Waldeck; a daughter, Rylee Waldeck; a son, Connor Waldeck; his mother, Lisa Waldeck; and his stepfather, Todd Huffer.
A funeral Mass is at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 3, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Raywick with Father Scott Wimsett officiating.
Visitation is from 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville.
