Shirley Milligan Obituary
Survivors include his wife, Virginia "GeeGee" Richardson Milligan; a daughter, Glenda Lucas; a son, Dwayne Milligan; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Mount. Carmel Baptist Church with Brother Darron Chapman officiating. Burial follows in the church cemetery.
Visitation is from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at Trowbridge Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction and continues at 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.
